d. Read and accept the terms and then click ´create account´. An e-mail will be sent. If it does not arrive, check the spam box.
e. Once you receive the e-mail, click on ´verify your e-mail address´. You will then be redirected to the login page for your account.
At this point you already have access to your EQ NeoBanking account, but you need to go through the KYC procedure to use the full functionality.

- On the dashboard, click on "Payment"
- Choose "History"
a. Click on ´Verify account´.
b. Enter your phone number and you will receive a confirmation code via SMS.
c. Now it is time to upload photos of your documents. To do so, simply click on ´Upload´ and follow the instructions.
