Only the Vault accounts will be opened by default after the registration with no fees.

** EUR and USD custody accounts will only be opened upon request and the yearly fee will be totally charged when you first activate the account, and then around the same time every 12 months after that.

* Making a deposit into the V1205 account within 30 days of opening the EUR or USD custody account, the annual fee will be refunded.

The refund will be made within 45 days of the V1205 Lock-up Period ending.

The refund of the annual fee will be always applied if, at the renewal of the V1205 Lock-up Period, the client maintains the minimum deposit in the V1205 account.



Inactive Lock-up Period is a period with a minimum duration of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, in which the client can make their deposits. At this stage the deposited funds will not generate interest income.

Active Lock-up Period is a period in which the deposited funds will be activated as a loan for the real estate transaction. This phase will begin once the minimum deposit targets are achieved.

Report is a document that will be sent to client via e-mail as an extension of this agreement. Depending on the period and events it may contain updates on the market data, information on the client’s financial position confirming the conditions of participation and instructions on how to participate in new operations and how to make withdrawals.


To participate in real estate transactions through EQapital Trust’s VAULT REIT, the client can make a deposit (SEPA or SWIFT) into their EQapital Trust account in EUR REIT or USD REIT or, for EQapital NeoBanking clients, just request transfer of funds from NeoBanking account to their EQapital Trust REIT account via support@eqapitaltrust.com.

The client has the possibility to add to their initial balance with multiple deposits during the Inactive Lock-up Period phase which, as described above, has a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.



It will not be possible to request the return of funds deposited in EUR REIT or USD REIT accounts before the natural expiration of the Active Lock-up Period or before the expiration of the additional period, as described below.



At the end of the Active Lock-up Period the customer will receive a report via e-mail with instructions to transfer the funds or re-apply them in the next Inactive Lock-up Period. Payment of interest will depend on the proposed conditions, which can be quarterly, or at the end of the Active Lock-up period.



In order to protect the operation from unforeseen events where the real estate operation does not end within the established period, the client will be paid an additional interest on the deposited amount of 1% per quarter up to a maximum of 6 months.



If the individual client is unable to achieve the minimum deposit or if the minimum fund necessary for EQapital Trust to activate the real estate transaction is not achieved, the active Lock-up Period will not be entered. In this case, the client will receive an e-mail with a report indicating the status of their deposits and containing instructions on how to withdraw the funds. Instructions on how to leave the funds available to participate in the next real estate opportunity will be included in the same report.

Funds deposited in EURO will be automatically converted to USD before entering the Active Lock-up phase.

Before activating the deposits made and entering the Active Lock-up Period, EQapital Trust will send the client a report with information about the conditions of the client’s participation. The report will be sent to the e-mail address of the customer registered in the EQapital Trust Custody&Vault system.
